These Terms govern a personal automated SMS reminder service operated by Ari Allen through ariallen.com.
Program Description
The service sends automated reminder and daily check-in text messages to the operator's own enrolled mobile number.
Consent
By enabling the service, the operator agrees to receive automated SMS messages at the enrolled number. This service messages only the operator's own number and no one else.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity — morning and evening prompts, plus replies in between.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out & Help
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email ari@ariallen.com.
Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
These Terms may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
