Ari Allen is VP of Product at the Constructive Dialogue Institute. Previously, he spent nearly a decade at Amplify Education building ed-tech products ranging from adaptive story-driven literacy programs to sensemaking and instructional intelligence systems for educators. Trained in political philosophy (Tufts University), public policy (Georgetown Law), and Integral Psychology (California Institute for Integral Studies), he synthesizes these disciplines in creating products that cultivate multiperspectival, positive-sum, integrative thinking. Outside of work, Ari writes on politics, philosophy and possibility, leads The Reconstitution Project — a thought experiment in constitutional imagination — and DJs under the name Sounds by Ari.
